Au cours du premier semestre 2020, le quotidien de chacun a été suspendu le temps d’un premier confinement. Les établissements scolaires étant fermés, le programme Manufacto, la fabrique des savoir-faire a été contraint de s’interrompre dans les classes participantes. La Fondation d’entreprise Hermès a souhaité adapter ce dispositif d’initiation aux métiers et savoir-faire artisanaux en lançant Manufact’Home, une série de tutoriels accessibles à tous.
During the first half of 2020, everyone's daily life was suspended during the first confinement. Schools being closed, the Manufacto program, the factory of know-how was forced to stop in the participating classes. The Fondation d’entreprise Hermès wanted to adapt this system of initiation to trades and craftsmanship by launching Manufact’Home, a series of tutorials accessible to all.
